Beyond the Summit is proud to announce that it is opening the doors to its brand new facilities in Los Angeles. With over 20,000 square feet of studio and office space dedicated to creating original content, it will be the company’s new US headquarters for the next 5 years.

Since its founding in 2012, BTS has grown from a two man passion project to a full-service esports media company with nearly 30 full-time employees across offices in Europe and North America. For the last seven years, BTS has consistently been one of Twitch’s most viewed channels, boasting over 16 billion lifetime minutes watched and a peak of nearly 4 million monthly unique visitors

“BTS started in 2012 as two guys casting DOTA from their bedrooms and has grown so much since then,” said David “LD” Gorman, Managing Partner. “Both David and I are so excited for what’s to come and unbelievably grateful for the fans and communities that have supported us over the years and made this incredible journey possible.”

BTS is also very excited to announce that Michelle Cheng has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With years of experience in business development in gaming and the hardware sector, Michelle will revamp and expand the company’s sales and sponsor efforts as it gears up for a packed calendar of 2019 events.

“I have been a huge fan of BTS for many years,” said Michelle. “Beyond the Summit has always stayed true to the heart of the community in producing unparalleled creative content. By blending professional competition with a comfortable and fun atmosphere for players, BTS reminds us all why we fell in love with competitive gaming. I am so excited to join the BTS team and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in 2019!”

Beyond the Summit started in 2012 as a Dota 2 broadcast studio and has since expanded its signature Summit series to other popular titles such as Counter Strike:Global Offensive, Super Smash Bros, and Dragon Ball FighterZ. In 2019, BTS plans to run nearly 20 live events for 7+ titles, including its landmark 25th Summit event. For more information, please email .
