To Whom It May Concern:

You are hereby notified that on March 8, 2023 Beyond The Summit, LLC ( the “Company”) began

proceedings to voluntarily wind up and dissolve by the unanimous consent of its members.

To assert a claim, you must send the following information to the address provided above no later than

July 6, 2023 ("Claim Deadline")

• Full legal name, address and contact info (including name of authorized representative and

phone number / email);

• Nature and amount of the claim;

• ID or brief description of the agreement or other circumstances under which claim arose; and

• Any other info you believe may be useful to verify claim, including opies ofany relevant docs,

receipts and invoices as applicable.

OTE: IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT RECEIVE THE CLAIM AT THE ADDRESS ABOVE ON ORBEFORE THE

CLAIM DEADLINE, THE CLAIM WILL BE BARRED IN ITS ENTIRETY.

rejection within 60 Days.
